While Governor Inslee has clarified that the floriculture industry is essential, the Washington Department of Agriculture has set forth specific guidance as of April 23, 2020:
SAFETY: We will be providing no-contact delivery service and diligent anti-virus precautions both in-store and upon delivery.
PICK-UPS: Florists may not operate retail storefronts, but may continue to take online or phone orders for shipping or other contactless delivery.
HOSPITALS: At this time hospitals are limited to essential personnel only, therefore floral and gift deliveries are not allowed. We’d be happy to deliver to a residential address.
STAFFING: Due to limited staffing, from April 23rd until May 4th, our temporary business hours are, Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. Please check this page again if stay-home restrictions are extended.
WEEKENDS: From April 23rd until May 4th, our weekend deliveries are limited to Tacoma (except 98421 & 98422), University Place, Fircrest and Lakewood. Please check this page again if stay-home restrictions are extended.
OUT-OF-TOWN ORDERS: Local restrictions vary, therefore, we recommend calling us first to see if an out-of-town order is possible.
We appreciate your support and understanding. Now more than ever, we’re honored to be your preferred local florist. We wish you and your family all the best during these difficult times. We’re all in this together!
